Hydrous Select LLC is a locally owned, owner-operated hot tub service company founded by a husband-and-wife team. Licensed and insured. We built this business on a passion for quality workmanship, honest service, and treating every customer like a neighbor. Every service is performed by one of us, so you’ll always know exactly who’s caring for your hot tub.

 

Preston brings 5+ years of professional experience as a hot tub service technician, including managing spa service departments for other businesses. His hands-on expertise in diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing hot tubs and swim spas is backed by an Airframe Certificate with specialized training in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

 

Amanda brings experience in small business operations, customer service, scheduling, administrative support, and professional cleaning. She is continually expanding her knowledge through hands-on training in hot tub service and maintenance, helping ensure every customer receives clear communication, attention to detail, and a personalized experience.

 

Together, we’ve built Hydrous Select on reliability, integrity, and lasting relationships. Whether we’re performing repairs, routine maintenance, water care, or complete spa refreshes, we treat every hot tub as if it were our own.

 

When we’re not working, you’ll usually find us spending time with our two dogs, Zenzie and Sixx, and enjoying everything North Idaho has to offer.
